Supplemental Design & Strategy Consulting

For project needs that extend beyond the initial three-page scope or the allotted three-revision period, supplemental consulting sessions are available at a rate of $50 per hour. These sessions provide dedicated, one-on-one time to address more complex structural changes, additional content integration, or advanced strategic planning for your digital presence.

Extended Service Options

  • Advanced Revisions: Detailed modifications or layout overhauls requested after the initial 30-day revision window has closed.

  • Content Expansion: Assistance with drafting or organizing additional copy, service descriptions, or media assets for your pages.

  • Strategic Training: Walkthrough sessions to teach you how to manage basic site updates or monitor your lead-generation forms independently.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: In-depth support for third-party integrations or specific domain and hosting configurations.

Terms & Scheduling

These sessions are billed in one-hour increments and must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. To maximize the efficiency of our time, a brief outline of the specific goals for the hour is requested prior to the meeting. This ensures that every billable minute is focused on delivering tangible progress for your website.

Post-Scope Revision Policy

If the initial three-revision limit has been reached or the 30-day window has expired, further modifications to the site can be requested under our extended revision terms. Each additional revision request is billed at a flat rate of $100 per request. To maintain project focus and ensure precise implementation, each individual request is limited to modifications on only one specific page of the website.

Extended Revision Terms

  • Focused Scope: To prevent project drift, each $100 request covers a single round of changes dedicated to one page (e.g., updating the Services page layout or changing the Home page copy).

  • Consolidated Feedback: Multiple changes for that specific page should be submitted together in one request to maximize the value of the session.

  • Turnaround: Supplemental revisions will be scheduled into the current production queue and typically carry a 3-to-5 business day turnaround time.
